returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt of the product in unused condition, in the original box and with all accompanying items.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where we cannot offer a refund:

A product with obvious signs of use.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Packaging is damaged or parts are missing

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

The same rules apply to trades.
refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

items for sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at support@labextrade.com and then send your item to Labex (attn...) Av. Revolución 1267, Floor 19A. The Alps CDMX CP 01010

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the shipping time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
